Before I ended up calling Elite Home Entertainment I went through a nightmare with Geek Squad it took 3 weeks before I ended up with the Guys over at Elite Home Entertainment. I told them my situation and not only were they helpful with all my questions and concerns even though I did not purchase equipment through them. The guys were clean and courteous and were in and out before I knew it. They programmed a custom remote that made the system seemless to use, I would refer friends and family over and over again to Elite. Thanks again Terry for all your help and Thanks Vince and justin for the install A+++++
